So when problems or issues arise they often lead to conflicts and unhappiness. I help you focus on working toward realistic solutions to problems. My office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Other appointment times are available by request. I also offer mobile counseling (at your home or office) on an as needed basis.
HYPNOTHERAPY You can create and achieve positive life changes through hypnosis. People are often concerned that they "cannot be hypnotized". The process I use is very simple and does not require any particular skill on your part. All you need to do is sit in a recliner and relax physically while your mind focuses on guided imagery. Most people are familiar with using hypnosis to help them stop smoking, or for weight
loss, but hypnotherapy can be very helpful for many other personal problems or unwanted behaviors. Athletes too can use hypnosis to help increase mental focus and reduce anxiety. Hypnosis is most effective when people are motivated to change. Multiple sessions may be required
for optimal results.
PROFESSIONAL COACHING Often times people feel like their life is stuck or in a rut. They really don’t feel they need therapy but wish
they had someone to help them get unstuck. This is where coaching can really help. Coaching can be a great alternative when you
are looking to discover new ways to think outside the box, or help you reassess
goals, change priorities, or identify unfulfilled dreams, make a career change
or alter the course of your life. My
approach is simple, focusing on the future and working together, we help you
develop a plan of action with specific steps designed to help reach your goals. Coaching sessions are geared to help you achieve
and recognize success and find ways to overcome obstacles. Sessions typically take place over the course
of several months, most often in weekly half-hour telephone sessions.

physical benefits but mental and emotional benefits. A therapy garden
need not take up much room. It is simply a place in your yard, porch, or lanai
where the types of flowers, herbs, and other plants have special meaning or particular
appeal and makes the space feel special.
